Terra Firma Development Corporation Ltd, the imagination behind the upscale lifestyle community of Forest Lakes Country Club, has been working on its resort masterplan with the guidance of EDM • Environmental Design and Management since the start of 2007.

A mixed-use development of more than 1,000 acres of pristine wooded lands at the heart of the province, and directly accessible to a Crown-owned wilderness greater in area than the French island of Corsica, Forest Lakes Country Club gives residents hiking, canoeing, cross country skiing and kayaking literally in their own backyard.

Experts in resort (EDSA) and golf course design (Nicklaus Design) are collaborating with EDM to produce a top caliber 18-hole golf course, and several residential options and facilities consistent with leisure and tourism, and retail and commercial services.

EDM has executed a detailed assessment of the site to confirm its suitability for development and is overseeing necessary amendments to local planning regulations on Terra Firma’s behalf.
